At Atri, we strive to provide the best service/product experience for our customers.

Cancellation Policy

Once wallet credits have been purchased, cancellations are not possible. Wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used for chat sessions on the Atri platform.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical glitch or platform issue that prevented a chat session from taking place. This includes situations where:

  • A paid session could not start due to a server or connectivity error on our end.
  • Credits were deducted but the chat session did not initiate or was interrupted due to a platform malfunction.
  • A payment was processed but the wallet was not credited due to a technical failure.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content or quality of a chat session.
  • Unused wallet balance or credits.
  • Sessions that were completed successfully.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the incident with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
